Instructions for Smart Systems - For Employee’s Only

SMART Systems Log In page for SMART eR. The district number for your specific school will automatically appear in the DISTRICT box.
Type in your User ID (Emp ID; found on the pay stub or contact the payroll office) and current password (if you are a first-time user, the initial password will be your four-digit district number (Best – 4192) and the last four numbers of your social security number.
Everyone is required to change their password and set 3 security questions.
Security Questions - You will be required to answer one of your security questions with each login to SMART eR. The questions will be randomly selected. You must select the checkbox next to each security question you choose.
Use the “Forgot Password?” feature if you forget your password, get locked out or forget the answer to a security question. If you are unsuccessful, contact Ms. Parker (ext. 4036)
